I paid a premium price for what I thought was a premium product. Battery failed after 5 months. Past Amazon's return window I tried to contact ODYYSEY directly. Submitted all forms and documents and even got a case number..... 3 weeks ago as I write this. I tried numerous times to call but all I ever get is voicemails. Left multiple messages with never a call back. There is no email to contact anyone and no other way to pursue this. Substandard product with non existing warranty.
